The technician, Joey did a good job in analyzing the issues of our attached garage, adequately explained these to me and provided me with some options on how to resolve these taking into account my plans for the house, the cost, and improvements. So I was happy with that. He was also very courteous, knew his job well, and took the time to work on the garage and not rushing to finish. He also was receptive to my ideas and responded to my questions. And he has all the materials in his van so I thought that was a very efficient way of working. The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! I first chose Precision because of their reputation and veteran discount. Carlos came to fix a serious safety issue with my garage door that led to me calling them. Carlos explained, and clearly demonstrated why there were other safety and other operational issues that I was unaware of and what could be done to address them. He was thorough in what could be done in a cost efficient means and rocked the repairs! He also made sure I was happy with the repairs and addressed my concerns to my utmost satisfaction. I had the entire garage door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, etc.) replaced and it is much quieter than before. Kudos to Carlos and Precision!
