Very happy with the work done by this form. Company sent a tech the day after I asked for help - they could have sent someone the same day. I was kept in the loop in terms of the arrival window. The technician listened to my concerns and came up with two proposals to address the problem. The price was fair. Two door sensors were replaced and the opener works fine.

Jeffrey Barrales came to see what was wrong with our garage door. He was courteous and thorough in explaining the reasons for the door malfunction. He not only explained the work that needed to be done but presented me with three different options. After further discussion he helped me select the one that met my needs and proceeded to do the work. I was satisfied with the work that Jeffrey performed.
