The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! I first chose Precision because of their reputation and veteran discount. Carlos came to fix a serious safety issue with my garage door that led to me calling them. Carlos explained, and clearly demonstrated why there were other safety and other operational issues that I was unaware of and what could be done to address them. He was thorough in what could be done in a cost efficient means and rocked the repairs! He also made sure I was happy with the repairs and addressed my concerns to my utmost satisfaction. I had the entire garage door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, etc.) replaced and it is much quieter than before. Kudos to Carlos and Precision!
