I give Precision 5 stars from start to finish. I am a big fan of technology and Precision's use of it is great. Starting with the inquiry process on the web site a rep followed up to book a site visit the same day. On the Saturday of our appointment our family received an email and a text letting us know our sales rep Mike Ganning was on his way. He arrived on the dot (an A++ plus for punctuality). Mike was vital in helping my husband and I pick the right product. We were looking to purchase a wood grain and he gave us some great insights on which product would best fit our needs. He also does installs so he had a lot to say about that process - he did a really great job educating us as first time garage door buyers. He was patient with my many questions. On the day of the install, again we received text messages and emails letting us know that Rudy D and Julian Z were on their way. As a mom putting managing getting everyone out the door for the day it was amazing to know when our team was arriving. Julian and Rudy were on prompt, polite and professional. They gave me the rundown on the install upon arrival, finished exactly when they said they would (about 4 hours from start to finish on a set of double doors), left the place totally clean, and walked me through the instructions for the keypad and remotes (which are both super easy!). Two tiny notes. I wanted to visit the showroom in Mamaroneck prior to placing my final order. I didn't realize it was appointment only - it was super easy to make one, but I am glad I just didn't pop in. The only other way they could improve is sending you a text with your estimated install date. Not the biggest deal since I was able to get touch with Mike in a pinch, but it's the only tweak I would recommend. Bravo Precision - thank you!

We received a reminder email the day before our appointment with Precision. The day of the appointment, we received an email and a call from the technician, Jesse, that he was on his way. He was very polite. He identified what needed to be fixed right away and quickly fixed the problem. I could not be happier.

Quick response to my original inquiry. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The team had communicated with me via text, and email to confirm my appointment and then sent a reminder the day before. Day of, the team called to say the technician would be arriving within the scheduled window. The technician, Mike, called when he was on his way. He was extremely professional and courteous. He explained all of my options without pressuring me in any particular direction. He completed the agreed upon work very quickly and efficiently and explained how everything worked prior to leaving. This is a very professionally run company. They really have their act together. From the time you make your appointment, the follow-up for arrival times, the courteous and skilled serviceman, ease of payment and all electronic receipts of work completed and your warranty. I had a garage serviceman for over 20 years and he retired...so very happy that I gave Precision Garage Door a call. My technician was Soner “Sonny” Erol and he was here to evaluate why the door was getting so noisy. He arrives with a truck full of parts and got right to work checking things over. Determined what the problem was and then explained how we could choose to repair the problem. Sonny was on time, friendly, and skilled at his craft. Need more people in the world like this who strive to do a top notch job, care about the quality of their work, and make the customer happy. You can tell when someone is proud to represent the company they work for. Would recommend Precision and Sonny to anyone who needs help with their garage door.
