It was such a great pleasure to have the pro-technician Alex Berk coming over to fix my garage door. Alex came promptly after the office texted me about his availability and started assessing the problem right away. He explained to me in great detail about the issues, his plans to fix them, and the price of each item. While he was working to fix the problems, he was super professional and efficient and knew exactly what to do. In addition, he was so patient and answered all my questions. He also made valuable suggestions about how to protect the garage door and make it work better. He also is such a friendly young professional whom I only have good things to speak of. I also loved the way the Precision Door Service operates. My garage door broken in the evening of a Friday. I googled about garage door repairs. Most garage door companies were closed and would not open until Monday. But Precision is different. Its website is well designed, easy to follow, and I got to speak with a friendly lady who answered my questions and made an appointment for me for Sunday. Then I got a text message on Saturday morning telling me there was a technician available on Saturday and asked me if I would like to move my appointment earlier. I did and here came the wonderful Alex Bert. I am very happy that I contacted Precision and hired the company to do the work. I was so dreadful of the broken garage door and thought it would be a hassle to have it fixed. However, Precision made it so easy for me. I had my door fixed the next day, and I did not even have to take a day off from work. Two thumbs up! Thank you Precision, and especially, thank you, Alex Bert!!!

Matt was great, not only personable but very thorough. He explained all the options and costs in the estimates so that I could make an informed decision. He estimated an hour to do the work but because of the rotted wood on the door it took him 2 hours, but he didn't change the agreed estimate. I highly recommend Precision.

I inherited my old garage door system 11 years ago when I purchased my home. It's held up well until recently and I wasn't sure who could help fix or repair the chain and parts. I found out about Precision on the internet and was impressed with the reviews. Rob called first to confirm, was curtious, arrived earlier than expected and explained all of my options in detail. He replaced the old unit and put on a garage door system that suited my needs. I needed simple without, Apps, Wi-Fi, etc. He offered just that - New Gargage Door opener system with battery operated key pad and remotes. I am totally satisfied. So far everything works well! ????

We called Precision at 7:00am in the morning and by Noon that same day a tech was present to inspect/repair our garage. Leonardo R. called twice to keep us informed on his arrival time. Leonardo arrived at the time promised, inspected our damaged garage, provided multiple options for repair and was professional throughout. Great experience and will recommend.

The response from Precision doors was great! The were able to dispatch a repair technician with a day of me reporting the door failure. Jesse was great, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. After diagnosing the cause of the broken door and best method for fixing it, he also proceeded to change out the light bulbs, lubricate the rollers and track (which made a huge difference), and even help me program the door opener key pads. Thanks to him I had to provide 5 stars. There was one aspect that left me unhappy. He reinforced both doors with a Gosh Bracket to avoid future failures. Those brackets cost $85 each. I paid $170 for both doors. Lowes sells the same bracket for $15.98. Why such an extreme mark up on the material price???
