So responsive, professional and great communication. The tech Brian was so professional and innovative in solving the problem presented due to older construction and limited space, which turned out to be more than just springs. He went beyond tech into engineering. He was a great communicator at every step along the way - from updating his arrival status to describing the work and identifying other problems outside his job scope. The company came to me as a referral from a friend, and I would likewise recommend.

Very disappointed as called to schedule a new door and specifically asked if could do the type of swing out door - was told yes definitely but when technician got here he said they don’t do that. Wasted everyone’s time and 1/2 day work for bad information by person answering phone. Very disappointing experience.

Very professional service by Lio and support staff at Precision Door! Lio examined to door that was stuck, fixed it right away and showed me how to prevent the problem from coming back. He gave me 2 new door openers and lubricated all moving parts for effective operation. All calls were scheduled and times very efficiently. Our door stopped functioning completely and we noticed around 9pm so I called Precision's 24/7 line and they had someone come out the next morning! Brian was wonderful, he replaced our 30 year old motors and got us hooked up with fancy new red ones! He was in and out super efficiently and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience was quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Any future maintenance or upgrades we will definitely choose Precision again.

The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). All in all an excellent experience.
