Have used a lot of service companies for the 15 years we've been in Westchester. Have NEVER had a more responsive professional company than Precision Door! Mike was our service tech and he was more knowledgeable than anyone in the industry! The spring on our door snapped and caused damage. Precision was the only one of five garage door companies that had telephone rep answer the call on a Saturday afternoon. They had Mike come out on a Sunday without any extra charge. Again, I give Precision Door the HIGHEST recommendation available.

Brian and the Precision team did an excellent job. They kept me appraised of their arrival time which was in the promised window. Once he arrived he clearly explained what he was doing at each phase of the work. This was repair to a door they had installed just over 5 years ago. They confirmed that the spring that broken were still covered by their warranty and replaced both the broken spring and the other one as is their standard. He also recommended some maintenance which, due to the high traffic of our garage, I opted for. He was quick, professional and very courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, examined all parts and gave two alternatives. The tech, Mike Ganning, gave a clear easily understandable assessment of the problem. After selecting the best option for me, the workmanship was superior. Once the work was completed he explained what was done, what I should do regarding easy DIY maintenance. Overall a great job. Highly recommended.

Leonardo R is one if it's kind. Very professional, punctual, and hard working. He called me and gave me his arrival time and again called and said he's on his way and will be in 20 minutes. He was exactly in 20 minutes. He explained everything about what he will do and how much will be and how much time takes to finish the work. Leonardo Rosado is a professional! He pointed out how the garage door, installed by another company, (cannot remember what company it was) was not installed correctly. He also showed me what was needed to be done to correct the door. Leonardo also offered me 3 options to correct the situation. I ordered a new Garage Door and hope to have Leonardo Rosado install it because I have complete faith that it will be installed correctly by him.

The overall experience I had with Precision Garage Door of Westchester was A+++. From making the appointment, to the follow up e-mail confirming the details and information about the technician, Brian, who was terrific and let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time, the whole service was great. Brian patiently reviewed all the issues with the garage door, explained what he needed to do, gave me an estimate of the cost and time needed for the repair and then completed the job promptly. He had set up all the remote controls for me and went over the work he did and showed me how to operate the new system. I am glad I called Precision Garage Door. It was the right call. I was very impressed by the service received with Precision. From the very beginning on the phone, the lady took care of my call efficiently and then emailed reminders of my appointment to come. When the two technicians came, Lio and Soner, they were extremely polite, professional and patient with me. They not only solved my problem but identified potential ones and emailed me immediately the two possible solutions with quotes for each situation. My cleaning lady who was working with me that day, told me when they left that she was impressed as well by their work and asked for the information. I kept their card on my garage panel for easy access so she took a photo! She knows people in construction who might be interested in this quality of work and professionalism. She is herself of a very high standard in her work so for her to show an interest in this company is a bonus and another excellent sign. I will definitively continue to work with Precision and will recommend whenever I have the chance!

Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.
