Prior to tech Jeffrey Barrales arriving to estimate and ultimately repair my garage door, a text was sent along with his photo for security purposes. Jeff arrived on time, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jeff even dried the garage floor where some rain had gotten in! During the repair process, Jeff was joined by tech, Leo who was equally knowledgeable and professional. Even though it was Friday, both stayed until 8:30 PM to fix my door. I have already recommended Precision Garage to my contractor, realtor and three friends. It is a pleasure to work with a company with such high standards. Thank you.

The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

He was able to send me an immediate estimate in email for work that was completed today and for things that will need to be repaired and/or replaced in the not too distant future. The woman I spoke to on the phone last week, said that not only could you install an opener unit that I had already purchased. But also, she quoted me $350 to do the job. But then Robert shows up at my house and tells me that I would need to buy one of your units. After talking to the home office, he comes back and says that he can install my unit after all but then I need to purchase a new $200 rail. This is wholly unacceptable. And purchased product below doesn't list the $200 rail so I can going to select something else to show that I did indeed buy supplies from you. $590 later, I am utterly dissatisfied.

Highly recommend precision for a new garage door! Mike Ganning was very helpful in the design and estimate for the door. He provided expertise on the best door and features for my needs without ANY high pressure selling. Today my door was installed by Malik Dennard and Isaac Ward who both did an excellent job. They arrived when promised and promptly and professionally installed the door and then gave me a tutorial on the features and operation. Mike, Malik, and Isaac could not have been nicer.

We had a great experience with your company! It was easy to make an appointment on line, and when I called with a question, a very helpful young lady gave me all the information I needed. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even received a phone call letting me know that our technician would be there soon. Jesse called about 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and gave us several options for repairs of our problem. Jesse was very friendly, courteous and professional and went to work quickly. When he completed the job he made sure it was to our satisfaction. From now on when we need any work done on our garage doors, we will call Precision and ask for Jesse.
