The woman I spoke to on the phone last week, said that not only could you install an opener unit that I had already purchased. But also, she quoted me $350 to do the job. But then Robert shows up at my house and tells me that I would need to buy one of your units. After talking to the home office, he comes back and says that he can install my unit after all but then I need to purchase a new $200 rail. This is wholly unacceptable. And purchased product below doesn't list the $200 rail so I can going to select something else to show that I did indeed buy supplies from you. $590 later, I am utterly dissatisfied.

Highly recommend precision for a new garage door! Mike Ganning was very helpful in the design and estimate for the door. He provided expertise on the best door and features for my needs without ANY high pressure selling. Today my door was installed by Malik Dennard and Isaac Ward who both did an excellent job. They arrived when promised and promptly and professionally installed the door and then gave me a tutorial on the features and operation. Mike, Malik, and Isaac could not have been nicer.

We had a great experience with your company! It was easy to make an appointment on line, and when I called with a question, a very helpful young lady gave me all the information I needed. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even received a phone call letting me know that our technician would be there soon. Jesse called about 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and gave us several options for repairs of our problem. Jesse was very friendly, courteous and professional and went to work quickly. When he completed the job he made sure it was to our satisfaction. From now on when we need any work done on our garage doors, we will call Precision and ask for Jesse.

Precision knows what they're doing. When I discovered them a few years back, there is no one else I call if I have any garage door related problems. Julian, the technician who came over, was very professional, competent, thorough and answered all my questions related to upgrading and making the garage door safer. I will not hesitate to endorse them to anyone. Highly recommended!

I hired the wrong party last time and paid with shoddy work and attitude. Wonderful service, prompt, professional and courtesy. Julian was knowledgeable, and well trained and versed in his trade and it shows with the small details that bothered him enough to make sure my unique situation was taken care of 100%. An excellent experience. Thank you!

I had John Delpiu come and repair my broken garage door. With his recommendation he replaced all of the moving parts and it works better than ever. He takes pride in his work and he was great to talk to. He also gave me a call ahead so that I didn't need to cancel my plans that I had earlier in the day. I would definitely recommend Precision.
