The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Precision - from the ease of initial scheduling, to learning about replacement options from Julian the installer, to the actual work by Julian and his helper. THe company also communicates by email and text and was clear about appointment time and who was coming to my house (even sent a photo of Julian). They were prompt, courteous, respectfully COVID compliant and neat. I'm glad I worked with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

I first chose Precision because of their reputation and veteran discount. Carlos came to fix a serious safety issue with my garage door that led to me calling them. Carlos explained, and clearly demonstrated why there were other safety and other operational issues that I was unaware of and what could be done to address them. He was thorough in what could be done in a cost efficient means and rocked the repairs! He also made sure I was happy with the repairs and addressed my concerns to my utmost satisfaction. I had the entire garage door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, etc.) replaced and it is much quieter than before. Kudos to Carlos and Precision!

My experience with Precision Door was superb. Making an appointment over the phone was easy, while the agent was polite and pleasant. The technician was punctual, informative and in and out in under an hour. He was quick to diagnose and explain the problem. My only regret was living with a broken door for so long. While I wish I didn't have the expense of repairing a broken garage spring, we made the right call when we contacted Precision. We called on a Sunday night, immediately got through to an agent who took down our information and made an appointment on the spot -- at 730pm at night. We were contacted by text and phone about the appointment date, got a heads up that he'd arrive within 40 mins. The tech, Brian Birchler arrived on time, did an estimate, explained the situation and got to work. Brian was in uniform and driving a clearly identifiable truck. When the work was complete, he thoroughly explained the repair, asked us for any questions, accepted out credit card and politely left us with a now functioning garage door. The whole process was easy and communication was excellent. Impressed.
