I installed Precision doors in 2011 and it has been absolutely seamless ever since. The doors look great, the hardware has sustained time and I couldn't been more pleased with my purchase. One of my garage lights went out and Michael and Leo came over yesterday to fix it. I called in the morning, they came 2 hours later and took 20 minutes (if that long) to install a new socket and bulb. The added benefit was they greased all the hardware while they were here. They both are very efficient and pleasant to work with and had the right equipment on the truck. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them highly. Denise

Booking was handled politely and immediately by an operator upon calling Precision. An email was sent confirming the appointment . There was no waiting for someone to call back or not respond at all. Jacob B was a very professional and courteous technician . He replaced a broken motor on one of our doors; explained the features of the new apparatus and programmed the remotes/keypad for me. I have confidence that the install is sound.

Leo was at our house today to look at the two garage doors, which had stopped working. We assumed this had something to do with the garage-opening system. We were wrong! After checking the entire system, Leo determined that there was no power running to the garage, which is detached. In fact, we had an electrical problem. We never would have known to call an electrician if Leo hadn't made this determination. All the while, he was courteous, good-humored and very conscientious. As his office had told us when we set up the appointment, we received a phone call from Leo about thirty minutes before his arrival. From the moment he greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. Leo deservedly gets high marks from us, as does Precision Door.

I called Precision Garage door company because my local company had a long wait list due to the storm. Precision was able to schedule me right away. The technician, Jesse, was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, presented several options and explained the reasons for his recommendations. He then replaced/installed everything except the railings and door. I upgraded to a motor with a backup battery and QI technology. My door, with new springs, now opens manually with ease. The replacement of new rollers contribute to the quiet operation. Jesse replaced and programmed all remotes. He even programmed the one in my car. He was also very patient answering my questions and explaining how everything worked. Because of the professionalism, excellent quality and workmanship, I would definitely call on Precision Garage Door again for any repairs needed.
