He was thorough in inspecting all parts to ensure that there were no other issues and extremely knowledgeable in providing recommendations/directions for future maintenance. My experience with Precision Door Service was 5 stars from the beginning call for service, to the final handshake from Mike & Mike! I appreciated the explanation as to not only what the suggested repairs are, but why they are being recommended. With new hardware installed I don't anticipate having to call Precision Door Service again, but if I do have an issue I now have a great company to call. Thank you Mike & Mike!

Phone response was quick and efficient. Michael the technician, fixed the stuck door and then put in 2 light bulbs, reprogramed the remote, programed the clock and my dog loved him! I couldn't have had a better experience!

I installed Precision doors in 2011 and it has been absolutely seamless ever since. The doors look great, the hardware has sustained time and I couldn't been more pleased with my purchase. One of my garage lights went out and Michael and Leo came over yesterday to fix it. I called in the morning, they came 2 hours later and took 20 minutes (if that long) to install a new socket and bulb. The added benefit was they greased all the hardware while they were here. They both are very efficient and pleasant to work with and had the right equipment on the truck. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them highly. Denise

Booking was handled politely and immediately by an operator upon calling Precision. An email was sent confirming the appointment . There was no waiting for someone to call back or not respond at all. Jacob B was a very professional and courteous technician . He replaced a broken motor on one of our doors; explained the features of the new apparatus and programmed the remotes/keypad for me.
