We had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener unexpectedly broke on Tuesday and we had an appointment the next business day. Michael G called right before his previous job and gave an arrival estimate. He arrived right on time and gave me a courteous and thorough explanation of the problem as well as the steps he advised taking to address the problem. He provided a time estimate for completing the job and he was finished well within the window. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Would not hesitate to call them again for anything in the future.

Our technician, Leo was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with my garage immediately, and had all the supplies necessary to fix the issue in record time. He also inspected everything and fixed our remote entry keypad! I have Leo/Precision saved in my phone, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! Completely trustworthy and reliable, which is most unusual in this day and age!

I purchased two 8550W systems just about 2 years ago and that was an excellent install. Now suddenly one of my doors stops working. Call to Prescision gets a quick appt. Jacob, the Technician calls ahead and arrives on time. He is totally professional, thorough, knowledgeable and explains everything to me in an easy to comprehend manner. After his diagnostics, he informed me it would be a warranty repair. After the repair he then does a complete inspection. Clean, quick and super-polite... what more can you ask from a company that stands 100% behind their products. You may pay less elsewhere in the short-term but Precision is worth every penny in the long-term

I had Precision install a brand new door opener less than a year ago. The door was not closing with the remotes. When I called I got an appointment the next day (which was great). Michael came within the time frame I was scheduled and called first. He was VERY friendly professional and helpful. Solved my issue in less than twenty minutes and all is working good. Very pleased.

Jacob, my Precision door guy could not have been nicer and more accommodating in helping me with our sudden garage door problem! though he did get hung up at a prior call, he was in touch with me and extremely apologetic when he arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by roaming into new territory, never having had a garage door malfunction before. We plan to replace the door and these guys are my first (and only) choice!

Your technician, Carlos, phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problems quickly & described them clearly to me. Carlos explained the solutions & what choices I had for materials (rollers.) All the work was done professionally and more quickly than I anticipated. The door works like new. Installer was knowledgeable and efficient. The new garage door opener works as expected and intended. The only problem was in scheduling - I was told he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he did not arrive until 5, although he called periodically to keep me advised of his progress with other jobs prior to mine. Overall it was worth the wait and I am satisfied with the product and the service.
