My garage door failed to open after the storm. I bought this unit several years ago and chatted with a representative at 10pm in the evening and setup an appointment for the next day. Technician was on time and practiced all social distance requirements. Ultimately problem was just some general service the unit needed. This is what customer service should be. Highly recommend Precision whether to install a new opener or service something existing. No long song and dance of could be this or that and then sold something you probably don't need. This was an easy fix and like my original install years ago, nothing to complain about only praise

Precision installed a new Liftmaster garage door opener, belt drive, key pads and remotes. We are extremely grateful to Leonardo from Precision for the excellent service he gave us. In addition to being very pleasant and polite, he was obviously knowledgeable, diagnosed the problems accurately, answered all our questions and outlined the various alternatives very clearly. He priced each one specifically with no mumbo jumbo and so enabled us to make the best decision. He did all the work neatly and left everything cleaner than before he arrived, and observed every possible Covid. We can very strongly recommend Precision.

You can tell a lot about a company and their attention to the customer service experience by the technology used to streamline communications & order processing, and the quality controls during the installation process. The easy to use chat feature on the Precision website made a great first impression; the text alerts confirming the appointment and the installers arrival time managed expectations, and the installation of the equipment was quick and professionally managed. I was also impressed by the personal background text sent about the installer, the installer's product knowledge, and the time he took to quickly program the remote in my car. It was an excellent customer service experience- beginning to end.

Precision Door is the ONLY company to call for you garage door issues. Soner was my technician. Prior to his arrival i received a text with his photo and a bio all about him! NEVER has a company done that before and i felt like a friend was coming to my home. Soner explained all that was wrong and the door needed a good 18 year old servicing as well as a broken spring. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the things i the door and keypad that I never knew ! Do not hesitate on calling Precision Door. I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this company. True professionals from the first phone call!!!
