I am impressed with the quality of work done by your technician Leo Rosado. He walked into a garage that was neglected for a long time. Both doors on my two car garage had snapped springs and lacked any safety cables. Leo took the time to explain what he was doing and also why it was important to do what he was doing. He kept a safe work environment and cleaned up before he left. He left me with contact information and have me a summary of what was done. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their service.

Brian J X Birchler was terriffic. Not only did he know the equiptment, but he was/is personable and informative. Brian accurately diagnosed the problem with our 35 year old door opener and methodically removed and replaced it with a new (with new technology), stronger, with more beneficial features, and that is smooth and QUIET. Today we met with your tech Leonardo who was right on time for out appointment. He was very professional and "knew his stuff." We were very pleased with his presentation and we placed our order for a new garage door and remote door opener on the spot with full confidence everything would be fine. MOST IMPORTANT this is a surprise move in present for my son's new house and you did my wife and I a big favor by pushing up the install it so they would have it before they moved in. Very prompt service. Ricardo showed up only two hours after my initial phone call to Precision, and he did a great job getting into my closed garage (it has no doors other than the broken closed garage door) and then diagnosing two problems, a buckling panel that I could see was also beginning to tear and, strangely, no electricity to the garage (and no switches flipped on the house circuit breaker). I ordered the panel and will need to get an electrician. The charge for the panel includes future labor for installation so I know the full cost ahead of time.

Very impressed overall. The person I spoke with to make the appointment was polite and clearly explained what to expect during the appoimtment. The technician arrived on time and walked through the issue with me, including pointing out evidence of the problem. He provided a detailed estimate based on my input and worked very quickly to repair the garage door. Overall I was very pleased with how efficient the entire experience was and would highly recommend them.
