My experience with Precision Door was superb. Making an appointment over the phone was easy, while the agent was polite and pleasant. The technician was punctual, informative and in and out in under an hour. He was quick to diagnose and explain the problem. My only regret was living with a broken door for so long. I should have called them sooner!

While I wish I didn't have the expense of repairing a broken garage spring, we made the right call when we contacted Precision. We called on a Sunday night, immediately got through to an agent who took down our information and made an appointment on the spot -- at 730pm at night. We were contacted by text and phone about the appointment date, got a heads up that he'd arrive within 40 mins. The tech, Brian Birchler arrived on time, did an estimate, explained the situation and got to work. Brian was in uniform and driving a clearly identifiable truck. When the work was complete, he thoroughly explained the repair, asked us for any questions, accepted out credit card and politely left us with a now functioning garage door. The whole process was easy and communication was excellent. Impressed.

I requested an estimate and Mike Ganning was my service technician. Mike arrived early, which was great. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. Mike answered all of of questions and addressed all of our concerns and made the process a piece of cake. We originally just wanted to get an estimate but Mike’s professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor changed it into a purchase. We look forward to the installation in a few weeks!

On the recommendation of a neighbor who had used Precision, we had a new garage door opener installed recently. We got an appointment within days of our inquiry and the whole service itself only took a couple of hours. We loved that Precision sent us an email with both a photo and some information about our installer before our service. He was an absolute professional who explained carefully all the attributes of our new opener. We could not be happier with our new, much quieter and updated garage door opener and would heartily recommend Precision.

Precision Door is the ONLY company to call for you garage door issues. Soner was my technician. Prior to his arrival i received a text with his photo and a bio all about him! NEVER has a company done that before and i felt like a friend was coming to my home. Soner explained all that was wrong and the door needed a good 18 year old servicing as well as a broken spring. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the things i the door and keypad that I never knew ! Do not hesitate on calling Precision Door. I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this company. True professionals from the first phone call!!!

My garage door failed to open after the storm. I bought this unit several years ago and chatted with a representative at 10pm in the evening and setup an appointment for the next day. Technician was on time and practiced all social distance requirements. Ultimately problem was just some general service the unit needed. This is what customer service should be. Highly recommend Precision whether to install a new opener or service something existing. No long song and dance of could be this or that and then sold something you probably don't need. This was an easy fix and like my original install years ago, nothing to complain about only praise

We are extremely grateful to Leonardo from Precision for the excellent service he gave us. In addition to being very pleasant and polite, he was obviously knowledgeable, diagnosed the problems accurately, answered all our questions and outlined the various alternatives very clearly. He priced each one specifically with no mumbo jumbo and so enabled us to make the best decision. He did all the work neatly and left everything cleaner than before he arrived, and observed every possible Covid. We can very strongly recommend Precision.
