Installer was knowledgeable and efficient. The new garage door opener works as expected and intended. The only problem was in scheduling - I was told he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he did not arrive until 5, although he called periodically to keep me advised of his progress with other jobs prior to mine. Overall it was worth the wait and I am satisfied with the product and the service.

The technician, Michael, found that a bracket from the previous installation had no lateral strength and caused the door to buckle as it came down. He went right to work and forty minutes later he had created and installed fully reinforced brackets on both sides of the door. He went above and beyond what was required, and I am completely satisfied.

Mike G. did a great job! He, unlike the other folks sent by Precision Garage to fix the garage door which Precision had installed, quickly identified and solved the problem with the installation. He also showed me features of the door no one else had informed me of.

We had one of our garage doors break with the spring and safety cables completely hanging off the track! We moved into the house a few months ago and were pretty ignorant about the workings of garage doors, but I could sense that they needed help, the broken one forced us to act. My wife called Precision and they were able to get someone out to us pretty quickly to diagnose. Mike and Jacob came and after inspecting, pointed out all the flaws in the incredibly poor condition of our doors. They were very honest, showing us that the motors and doors were fine, and it was just the hardware that needed replacing. They were able to do a rebuild on all of the hardware for all 3 doors in about two hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they got it done (seemed like a TON of work), and they were just pleasant and friendly, the best. Felt completely trustworthy and I just had a great feeling overall about the job they did. Will definitely have them back for anything that we need done in the future.

I'm very pleased with the service that Mike, Greg and Julian delivered. Mike diagnosed the problem with our garage door and opener, and tried to keep them running until the new door arrived. He was very courteous and customer oriented, answering every question I asked. Greg and Julian did a careful and professional job removing our old door and opener, and installing new ones. They went to a lot of trouble to change the position of one panel of the door after I realized that I chose a wrong position for the windows. I would recommend all 3 technicians !!!
