We called Precision for information on either fixing our doors or replacing the doors and opener. The technician, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous in his recommendations. We were frankly amazed that he was willing to do the replacement work on the spot. In less than four hours we had a very fair price for all new hardware and motors, keeping our doors that are in good shape. We highly recommend Precision Doors.

Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.

Called on a Sunday afternoon. Brian came just a few minutes after the call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made some suggestions to prevent the issue from recurring. The service from Precision was beyond my expectations! My door wouldn't close and the parts were a mangled mess. Brian B. got here quickly (even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on the way!) and showed me exactly what was wrong. Missing one part (an extra-long tortion tube) he came back on his day off the next morning and did a VERY professional job of re-installing the hardware. Couldn't be more pleased - Thank you!
