Let me start by saying I spent 30 years in customer service before switching to higher education, and because of that experience my expectations are rather high. I called Precision based on a recommendation and I can say in all honesty I have never experienced this level of customer service and satisfaction. My technician, Mike G, called to say he would be at my home at a certain time and arrived almost to the minute. It was a pleasure having Mike G assigned as my technician as he was nothing less than exceptional. This gentleman took every measure to ensure that this experience was impeccable from start to finish, which included assessing the garage door problem immediately, explaining the problem in detail, and presenting me with options while explaining each one. The new garage door system was installed in less than one hour, which in itself is amazing; Mike then took the time to explain how to use each component of the new system. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in outstanding customer service. I have no doubt whatsoever that I will turn to Precision for any future needs. Once again it was a pleasure doing business with Precision, and especially Mike G. You have earned my trust and my loyalty and I will strongly recommend Precision Door Service to friends, family, and colleagues. Mike G did something that few people do--exceeded my expectations!

Kudos to Precision Door, exceeded all expectations. I found them through a ValPack coupon. Had an appointment within the promised 2 hour window, tech Jessie was prompt and courteous, called to let me know his exact arrival time (even offered to buy coffee on the way!), he worked efficiently, explained all options and outcomes, solved the problem and did general maintenance. Did not break the bank. Highly recommended!!!

He kept me updated on his arrival time and is so knowledgeable about the work he does. We learned some new things from him about our garage door and garage doors in general. As new homeowners we really appreciate that he took the time to talk with us and to make sure we understood our options and needs. I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Precision Door installed my garage door six years ago and there has never been a problem. The garage door is used as our main entrance so its used very frequently. A spring had sprung so I called Precision - very fast response, the repairman called before he came, explained everything in detail, gave options, did a tune up of the door and was great. It didn't take long, nothing was left for me to clean up. I could not ask for a better result! Very pleased.

We had used Precision a while ago to repair our garage door and were very pleased with their service. This morning, when I thought my garage door didn't sound quite right, I immediately called Precision and was able to get a same day appointment at a time convenient to my schedule. The technician, Michael, called when he was on the way, arrived promptly, was very courteous and most, importantly, very competent.
