Our door stopped functioning completely and we noticed around 9pm so I called Precision's 24/7 line and they had someone come out the next morning! Brian was wonderful, he replaced our 30 year old motors and got us hooked up with fancy new red ones! He was in and out super efficiently and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience was quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Any future maintenance or upgrades we will definitely choose Precision again.

The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). The company is responsive, courteous and punctual. They did a warranty fix on the garage door springs that were previously purchased.

Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.

Have used a lot of service companies for the 15 years we've been in Westchester. Have NEVER had a more responsive professional company than Precision Door! Mike was our service tech and he was more knowledgeable than anyone in the industry! The spring on our door snapped and caused damage. Precision was the only one of five garage door companies that had telephone rep answer the call on a Saturday afternoon. They had Mike come out on a Sunday without any extra charge. Again, I give Precision Door the HIGHEST recommendation available.

Brian and the Precision team did an excellent job. They kept me appraised of their arrival time which was in the promised window. Once he arrived he clearly explained what he was doing at each phase of the work. This was repair to a door they had installed just over 5 years ago. They confirmed that the spring that broken were still covered by their warranty and replaced both the broken spring and the other one as is their standard. He also recommended some maintenance which, due to the high traffic of our garage, I opted for. He was quick, professional and very courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

The tech, Mike Ganning, gave a clear easily understandable assessment of the problem. After selecting the best option for me, the workmanship was superior. Leonardo R is one if it's kind. Very professional, punctual, and hard working. He called me and gave me his arrival time and again called and said he's on his way and will be in 20 minutes. Leonardo Rosado is a professional! He pointed out how the garage door, installed by another company, (cannot remember what company it was) was not installed correctly. He also showed me what was needed to be done to correct the door. Leonardo also offered me 3 options to correct the situation. I ordered a new Garage Door and hope to have Leonardo Rosado install it because I have complete faith that it will be installed correctly by him.
