Was very pleased with Precision. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with from the call to the office to the technician - Richard Jones. We were unable to get into our garage open due to a broken cable. Unfortunately we had to break a window to get in for the repair We decided to go with the door rebuild package since our door was 20 years old but in good condition. Very happy with Precision and would recommend their service.

I wish every company was this professional! Francisco called to alert me that he was on his way. When he arrived, he reviewed the problem, gave me a proposed solution and estimate, looked at other potential problems, corrected the main problem, 'tuned-up' the door's operation at no cost, and was finished in 30 minutes. Simply put: THE BEST!

Francisco Taveras was very nice, soft spoken and knowledgeable. Our garage door was frozen in the closed position with no other access door to the garage. He was very patient during a prolonged process trying to wedge different tools into the edge of the door and force it back on track. I was afraid he would need to cut a large hole in the door in order to get in the garage. His calm demeanor paid off and he eventually got the door open without cutting a hole in the door. He later told me it was one of his toughest jobs. He replaced all the rollers and did some reinforcement to our old wooden door. It's working fine now. Thank you Francisco.

I received a call from Travis letting me know the window of time he'd arrive to come fix our broken garage door spring. We have a very old door and a spring had recently snapped making it difficult to lift the 140lb door. Travis took a look at the situation and though there were going to be a lot of difficulties with the repair due to the space between the walls of the garage and the hardware, he set was confident he could make the repairs. He walked me around and showed me how old the hardware was and where it was failing in other ways and walked me through the costs. I approved the work and in 2 hours he had our garage door working better than ever. These guys were great, efficient, and I'd call up for Travis if we ever need more help.
