Precision provided a very high level of customer service. They were respectful of my time and maintained frequent communication regarding time of arrival - especially in the wake of a snowstorm. Leo immediately diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution, and diligently and efficiently made the repair. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this service.

The overall experience I had with Precision Garage Door of Westchester was A+++. From making the appointment, to the follow up e-mail confirming the details and information about the technician, Brian, who was terrific and let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time, the whole service was great. Brian patiently reviewed all the issues with the garage door, explained what he needed to do, gave me an estimate of the cost and time needed for the repair and then completed the job promptly. He had set up all the remote controls for me and went over the work he did and showed me how to operate the new system. I am glad I called Precision Garage Door. It was the right call. I was very impressed by the service received with Precision. From the very beginning on the phone, the lady took care of my call efficiently and then emailed reminders of my appointment to come. When the two technicians came, Lio and Soner, they were extremely polite, professional and patient with me. They not only solved my problem but identified potential ones and emailed me immediately the two possible solutions with quotes for each situation. My cleaning lady who was working with me that day, told me when they left that she was impressed as well by their work and asked for the information. I kept their card on my garage panel for easy access so she took a photo! She knows people in construction who might be interested in this quality of work and professionalism. She is herself of a very high standard in her work so for her to show an interest in this company is a bonus and another excellent sign. I will definitively continue to work with Precision and will recommend whenever I have the chance!

He was thorough in inspecting all parts to ensure that there were no other issues and extremely knowledgeable in providing recommendations/directions for future maintenance. My experience with Precision Door Service was 5 stars from the beginning call for service, to the final handshake from Mike & Mike! I appreciated the explanation as to not only what the suggested repairs are, but why they are being recommended. Phone response was quick and efficient. Michael the technician, fixed the stuck door and then put in 2 light bulbs, reprogramed the remote, programed the clock and my dog loved him! I couldn't have had a better experience!
