I'm really happy with the service provided by Rick and Precision Door. They said between a certain time and they were there, they assessed the situation with the beam and the brackets and resolved very quickly. They also suggested what to do next with the aging door I have. Never did I feel any pressure or hurried to make any decisions which is key for me. Definitely recommend Precision Door!

The service was very prompt. My wooden garage door bottom panel was damaged, and the lower wheels were out of the rail. The technician Francisco, fixed part of the problem (put wheels back on the rail), and sent for more info on feasibility and price for the repair of the wooden panel. He was polite and helpful. Waiting for follow up.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly.
