He was great, on-time, patient in his explanation, detailed and very thorough with different options that I could choose from and even better I could do same day service. I had 3 technicians come to my house over the course of several months to perform various tasks in my garage. These tasks included replacement of the garage door springs/rollers, repair of the garage door opener mechanism, and finally installation of a new garage door opener. I was very satisfied with the service provided by all 3 technicians. I am especially satisfied with my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is amazingly quiet and precise, exceeding all my expectations! I love the way it slows down as you approach either end of travel, gently touching the floor before it closes. No more shakes, rattles, and bangs! It is truly amazing!

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use Precision Door Services in the future when I am ready to replace my garage doors!
