I was very pleased with the garage door repairs that Aleksei performed. He was very professional in explaining what was the problem with the garage door. We had Precision Door install a new motor and ancillary equipment for our garage door 8 years ago. It has worked very well, and no significant repairs were ever required. Today a spring broke through normal water & tear. A maintenance technician arrived within an hour of my call. He had all required parts in his van and was able to install a new spring and get the garage door operating perfectly in very little time. I highly recommend Precision Door products and service.
