I needed to make an emergency call to get my car out of the garage- door closed-'could not open. Their tech man, Justin arrived within 3 hrs. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. He offered me 3 options in different price ranges and allowed me to make my choice with no pressure. Very pleased with the service. Not only is the door working again, an unexpected bonus is that its much quieter!

I am very happy with the services I received from precision overhead garage door. They texted me the day before my appointment. On the day of service I received text messages on the status of the technician who was assigned to my job. I had the pleasure of being called by Luis Rodriguez before he came to my house, about a 20 minute ETA. I was impressed by Louis’s ability to examine his situation and explain to me what needs to be done. Luis completed the repair and I am very impressed by how well it worked! Better than you new! Thank you, Louie, Rodriguez, and precision overhead Garage Door.
