This is the third time we have used Precision Garage Door Service and once again they met our expectations, in all areas. Very professional office staff, setting up appointment was a pleasure we got to speak to a human not a recording. The service technician arrived in the time window given. Nice company to do business with.

Today, the cable that attaches the spring to the bottom bracket to the garage door snapped. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to send a technician, Kyle, who came after his last service call of the day. He showed me that the rust on the bottom bracket had rusted the cable where it used to attach, causing it to snap. He replaced both bottom brackets and cables and showed us what to do to maintain the moving parts by spraying with a Silicone spray every 3 months. This was not the first time we used Precision. They are professionals and they also explain what needs to be done and why, before beginning any repairs. I highly recommend them.

Had a seamless experience. Called in the am and same day had Alex out to replace all of the defective parts causing a loud noise and shaking when opening the door. Now it's opens perfectly quiet. Wish I'd called sooner!

I am incredibly happy with the new openers I have had installed. Jesse P is a great tech, knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. He had repaired my door springs last year and did a great job then. This is my third time working with him. A good thing to know he cleaned up all of the old equipment and packaging. Would strongly recommend.

I was very pleased with the good job that your team did in replacing the garage door motor and other parts as well. I did not realize how much noise the door was making until they finished and I could hear how quiet the door became during operation. Both Leo and Gafur were both courteous and professional. I had a problem with my gargage door sensor which did not allow me to close the door. Kyle was my service person that came and he knew exactly what to look for first. It turned out the wires needed splicing. I had someone else come to my home yesterday and never looked at the wires. All he said was the system was old and I would need new wiring connected or a new system. I knew he was an amateur and he quoted me two ridiculous high prices. This company is very professional and everyone I spoke to is kind, caring and comforting. I loved Kyle and his years of experience come through. I will highly recommend this company and of course Kyle.

You exceeded our expectations. From the time I made an online appointment to the completion of the job, communication was excellent from everyone in administration to the technician. Kyle Kearny emailed us a summary of his background and called on the day we expected him to indicate he could be here earlier than our appointment. He came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 45 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. I called Precision to let the office know how delighted I am with their service as well as Kyle's performance. This comes after my waiting all day for a technician from Sears, who never showed up and never called until noon two days after an appointment.

This after a different company tried, on three different occasions, to fix the door but couldn’t. He also explained what was causing the problems and what I should look out for moving forward. We have experienced louder noises and inconsistent closures (not evenly on ground at closing). Tom, our tech guy, called to see if we could start the process earlier. He did a thorough investigation of equipment, and offered a variety of options to address the issues. Once the option was determined, completed the equipment repairs and replacement quickly and efficiently. He even help install the door opener into our car’s system replacing the need for remotes. Tom is friendly, efficient, informative, and patient when discussing a variety of approaches without a hard sell. Really easy to schedule appointment also. Strongly recommend!
