Mike Kelleher did maintenance on the door and replaced the motor and keypads. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He also set up my car to open the door. He was very professional and all around a nice guy. I accidentally closed out of the QR code to leave a review there, so hopefully Mike can see this review.

**Excellent Service from Mike at Precision Garage Door!** I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike from Precision Garage Door, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My garage door springs needed repair, and Mike arrived on time, thoroughly explained the issue, and got to work right away. He was professional, and efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was in perfect working order before he left. The person who came over was terrific! My door stopped working last night and they were at my home by 10:A.M. the following morning. I had to replace two motors and he was able to replace them immediately. There were options that he gave me to choose from ranging in different prices. He fixed the doors in two hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so upbeat and pleasant to work with.

It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. I was quickly given an appointment and choice of times as well as directions to open it manually. It’s clear that Precission values your time because I received a call from Brian Birchler, my service supervisor, letting me know where he was at that point in his jobs and when he would arrive. This bright young man was exceptional in every way! He assessed, explained and gave options for the repair. Once I chose, I was given a timeframe and courteous updates as work progressed. Kudos to Precission for attracting such talented employees and to Brian for 5 star plus work!
