The person who came over was terrific! My door stopped working last night and they were at my home by 10:A.M. the following morning. I had to replace two motors and he was able to replace them immediately. There were options that he gave me to choose from ranging in different prices. He fixed the doors in two hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so upbeat and pleasant to work with.

Josh did a really terrific job explaining the intricacies of the garage door mechanisms in the house we are renovating. He installed a new keypad and we talked about future improvements in the system that we might want to do. He was totally professional, patient and thorough.

It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. Our service technician, Etan, was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to fully explain our repair options, and once we decided on the course of action, his work product was thorough and efficient. Like everything today, garage door opener parts and repair is a pricey undertaking, but we felt we received value for the cost of the repair. Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience. I had a new door put in 2 yrs ago Julian did an excellent job and also synced my 2 cars. Yesterday 2 guys came to check safety lights and sync new car. Ended up putting new rubber bottom. Good job However wanted $254 to sync new car. RIDICULOUS. Ended up doing it myself
