Booked Precision after watching YouTube video they posted and it seemed they were a down to earth company. To be fair I was at work when they came, and it might have been better if I had been home. Ended up needing much more than expected and without time to digest salesperson was annoyed when I asked a question. Basically person's approach was here are your options, just decide, and if you dont replace X your door could cause severe damage if it breaks. In a vacuum not sure how their pricing is, additional parts that I needed, added a significant additional cost, but when I researched later the price of these items, the parts were relatively moderate. Garage door is working fine, so maybe it was the right decision just wish the person was respectful of my question.

I am a repeat customer of Precision over a number of years, being very comfortable in the knowledge that their work will be done in a very professional, workmanship, competent manner by their techs in an efficient manner. Their techs have always been pleasant in their manner, explaining things in terms which I, as a layman in specific terms relating to the operation of garage doors, understand, and they are very patient in listening to any questions posed. I highly recommend them and , of course, will continue to use Precision exclusively for my needs relating to garage doors. The most recent tech responding to my needs was Jeffrey B., who was very personable and he appeared in a very timely manner at the appointed time as promised by the office staff, which I considered very helpful.

Alex came to fix our garage door remotes and also to assess the keypad that was blinking and not functioning well. He was very thorough and professional in his assessment. He fixed the problems as well as provided with clear, simple to understand explanations about our system and offered recommendations for improvements. The entire Precision experience was perfect from start to finish. I booked an appointment late at night, online, when it was convenient to me. I had a range of choices for times. Precision sends a bio of the employee who will be coming (including personal interests, which is a lovely, humanizing touch) and most important, Leo was able to show me what exactly was broken, to fix it on the spot, and to give me an estimate on the parts that need replacing to avoid ultimate damage to the motor. But he did this without pressuring me. I wish every company were like this one.

A to Z prompt and efficient service on a Sunday. Our old garage door cable was broken, I called the service number and everything went as they described on the phone. It was such a great pleasure to have the pro-technician Alex Berk coming over to fix my garage door. Alex came promptly after the office texted me about his availability and started assessing the problem right away. He explained to me in great detail about the issues, his plans to fix them, and the price of each item. While he was working to fix the problems, he was super professional and efficient and knew exactly what to do. In addition, he was so patient and answered all my questions. He also made valuable suggestions about how to protect the garage door and make it work better. He also is such a friendly young professional whom I only have good things to speak of. I also loved the way the Precision Door Service operates. My garage door broken in the evening of a Friday. I googled about garage door repairs. Most garage door companies were closed and would not open until Monday. But Precision is different. Its website is well designed, easy to follow, and I got to speak with a friendly lady who answered my questions and made an appointment for me for Sunday. Then I got a text message on Saturday morning telling me there was a technician available on Saturday and asked me if I would like to move my appointment earlier. I did and here came the wonderful Alex Bert. I am very happy that I contacted Precision and hired the company to do the work. I was so dreadful of the broken garage door and thought it would be a hassle to have it fixed. However, Precision made it so easy for me. I had my door fixed the next day, and I did not even have to take a day off from work. Two thumbs up! Thank you Precision, and especially, thank you, Alex Bert!!!
