My answer to the first four questions is YES! Yes, you as a company and Ethan as your representative definitely meet all my expectations: he came on time, was very professional and courteous, quick and accurate and showed me all new features. This was the second time I've used your service and if somebody would ask me whom to call for help with a garage door they will get your phone number. Thank you for your work and good luck for the future. Best regards, Oscar

Our service technician, Etan, was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to fully explain our repair options, and once we decided on the course of action, his work product was thorough and efficient. Like everything today, garage door opener parts and repair is a pricey undertaking, but we felt we received value for the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door opener repair job. Note for purchase section below: We purchased new springs, cables and rollers. The drop down allowed only one option to choose

Ethan, the tech, was superb. He knew what he was doing and he knew how to explain why I needed the work he did. Not cheap. But I am confident that the door will work well for year. I would ask for Ethan if i needed any help with the other door, in the future.

Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience. I highly recommend them to anyone. Larry Chappaqua, NY.

We've used Precision before and were happy with the service provided and quality of the work. Today, Mike arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options - we chose one & Mike proceeded with the repairs. Mike explained the revision, demonstrated the new controls, and answered questions. We were very satisfied with Mike as we have been with all the Precision techs.
