I give you FIVE stars. My Genie garage door opener stopped operating completely. I called on Monday requesting a service call. Your technician was at my house today, Tuesday at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, installed a new part, reprogrammed my remote control, and was done in one hour! The technician was extremely polite and friendly and totally professional! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Simply the best garage door service available. Prompt, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable. On-line notification, detailed information about the technician scheduled to perform the service, ease of making appointment and follow up are exemplary. High praise for Travis, our technician. He is terrific. He thoroughly and carefully explained the problem, repaired, and checked the entire system before leaving. Personable and competent.. what more can one ask.

For some reason -- probably a couple of quick power outages in a row -- our new opener started acting erratically. We called Precision, and Travis was there the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem -- the initial programming was lost -- and expertly and courteously got us back up and running. Precision is a great company to work with. WVSlade New Rochelle

Richard and his associate did an excellent job. They arrived on time and did their work in a professional manner. Richard had told me that he would order the part needed to complete the repair and told me he would follow up with the installation as soon as the part arrives. I consider this is excellent customer service.

The technician called ahead; showed up on time; identified the problem quickly; had the replacement parts in the van; even though I didn't have the receipt from my original purchase 5 years ago from Precision he called the office; they looked up the paperwork in their system and found that the entire repair is covered under warranty and charged me nothing! This rarely happens nowadays in nay business which makes one wonder value of buying warranty. Precision certainly earned my trust and will definitely call them and recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Our door stopped working only last evening. So I was pleased to find your site first thing this morning, get an actual person on the line right away (Lisa), and set up a service call for the same day. Darren called to let me know he was on his way and when he got there he sized up the problem quickly. After giving me a number of solution options I decided to go for a replacement part / repair and he got right to it. As it turns out he needed one more small part to complete the job and he started calling around and located one. He'll be back in the morning to complete the job and that suits me fine.
