The technician was prompt and courteous. He carefully explained everything that needed to get done and told me how much it would cost before he started the work. Also, he made suggestions about what the doors may need in the future carefully avoiding the hard sell. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Things were fixed quickly and I appreciated not being pressured into buying anything extra although we did end up buying more for the extra warranty. Fixed good as new.

Wonderful job and warm service by Rick! He immediately diagnosed the reason our door had failed and clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He finished a total overhaul of our system neatly and carefully and did so in two hours, with a smile - despite the many obstacles in our garage that must have made his job harder. Thanks, Rick!

Travis called in the morning to say more specifically when he would arrive and he did, exactly on time. He was very professional and pleasant. Travis looked over the entire mechanism and quickly assessed the problem. He was able to quickly and cleverly remedy the problem. The garage door seems to be working very well and very quietly. I was not happy with the response I received from my previous vendor when presenting the problem with my garage door opening by itself. Richard C. responded to our concerns, gave us his recommendation, explained the price, and pointed out other problems with the mechanism we had in place. In addition to installing a new circuit board to address the problem with the door opening unexpectedly,he saw that the spring and cable were hanging and not supporting the door correctly. He installed new springs and starter cables. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did the repair work on the spot. We also liked the lifetime guarantee he gave us. I felt very confident with his knowledge and professionalism.

I used Precision for the first time and was more than pleased. The service man called to keep me informed of arrival time. They were completely honest and did a very good job. I know this as my husband checked the door himself and we knew what was needed and that was exactly what they suggested to be repaired. The team was professional and I trust that their guarantee on the parts they replaced will be honored in the same manner that they serviced me. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs garage door service or replacement. Great to know there are still honest companies out there for home repairs.
