I chose PRECISION for it's long standing reputation in the local community. Each person I spoke to(Glenn, Brian, Theresa) and met was very thorough and helpful and personable. The service technicians who installed the door were also very efficient and knowledgeable and personable, Joe and George. Installed the door in about 3 hours or less and left the garage in clean condition. I would recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs.

And today, while waiting for the hurricane, your repair man came on a timely basis, was polite and fixed the problem (the door came down but bounced right up again) right away. The cable for my door broke and Darren was able to come by earlier then appointed, and this was appreciated since my cars were inside. He performed the repairs and gauged the health of my door system. I did have a couple of other items replaced in order to not have another issue in the near future. The cost was higher then expected, but good work and good parts always cost more. If I have another issue, this is the company I will call again.

For the price I love the quality and the service. Everyone was great from the sales man to the ladies in the office. I had an issue with the new door opener not working properly and it was resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company and I don't do that often. Professional serviceman who introduced himself properly, analyzed problem, gave estimate and did repair promptly. Also explained how the door works, which I never understood. I also appreciated the email appointment confirmation and a phone call updating me of a change in schedule(because of a snow storm). I will use this service again.
