I am pleased to write this review of my service. Thanks to the mailer advertisement, I selected Precision, and I am glad I did! From the efficiency of your receptionist in scheduling my appointment, to the completion of service was outstanding. My technician (Darren) was on time (called in advance, as well) and explained all the possible options to repair my door mechanism. He was professional, courteous, and quite efficient. Charges were outlined in advance, and he completed my work in quick time. Based upon my experience with Precision, and Darren's professionalism, I would recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

Rick C did an excellent job. I believe the door was out of alignment;it was leaning to one side and unable to ride straight-up. Rick was able to correct the problem in about 1 hour and it is still functioning OK after 3 days of use.

Travis is very nice and knowledgeable. He has been here before. My door is only 2 years old and there was a problem with the remote and the key pad. It was not getting the signal even though it had new batteries in remote and keypad. I was disappointed that something happened like this when it is so new. Bill was $XXX.00. He is not sure that it is fixed. A new wire was brought to the outside.

The technician arrived well within the promised time frame. He was professional, friendly, and helpful in responding to my questions. The job was completed within an hour. Though I had the consumer's typical reservation about the cost, I assume the quoted price was well within the market standard. Most importantly, our garage door is working better than ever.

During the repair of the "broken" side, a problem was created on the good side. Rick spent a lot of time figuring out the issue and making everything perfect before he left. He was professional and explained the problems and different options. Would definitely recommend. A little pricey but hopefully worth it.

Great service from the initial phone call the serviceman completing the job. 24 hour turn-around service from the initial call to completion of job. Best service ever and even better technician. Travis worked tirelessly for 7 hours replacing two sets of springs and installed two new belt drive garage door openers on our antiquated heavy wood garage doors. Not an easy job. Thank you!

The service technician was very polite and seemed honest the way he represented himself as a company representative. He explained what to be done with my garage problem. He speaks with conviction ,giving advantages and disadvantages between the parts to be replaced and he wanted to be sure that I understood . He waited patiently for my decision . He is not the type of pushing /pressuring customer to buy the expensive parts or the one he likes. He deals with me professionally.
