We are so happy that we choose Precision to do the installation, and we thought the technician who was on our job, Jesse, was wonderful. He kept me updated on his arrival time and is so knowledgeable about the work he does. We learned some new things from him about our garage door and garage doors in general. As new homeowners we really appreciate that he took the time to talk with us and to make sure we understood our options and needs. Honest, trustworthy, kind are words I would use to describe him, we would gladly have him back to our house again.

I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Precision Door installed my garage door six years ago and there has never been a problem. The garage door is used as our main entrance so its used very frequently. A spring had sprung so I called Precision - very fast response, the repairman called before he came, explained everything in detail, gave options, did a tune up of the door and was great. It didn't take long, nothing was left for me to clean up. I could not ask for a better result! Very pleased.

I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. He took the time to explain the components and the operation of the garage door to me, something the installer did not do. I was very satisfied with the service. THANK YOU! Five Stars for Michael.
