As expected, I recieved a call from him ahead of his arrival. He rapidly identified the problem, gave me an estimate on the repair focusing only on the parts that needed to be replaced, and fixed the issue in no time. I would highly recommend this company

Leo R performed an excellent service fixing my garage door problem. He is very friendly and professional. Leo R quickly identified a broken part of my old LiftMaster, offered me a few options for repair and replacement. He replaced my old LiftMaster with a new one for less than an hour and took time to explain me how to use new keypads. I recommended this company to my neighbors and added it to a vendor list of our Home owners association.

Recently purchased a garage door from another vendor, within a short time I had to call them to come out twice to fix problems. Then called again and had to wait about a week before they would come out to do other work. I could not access my garage door( which I explained to them) I basically need to use everyday. I called vendor told them I was going with Precision garage door co. Good thing I did. Technician Michael Ganning came out, he was polite, courteous and showed me what needed to be done in terms of broken garage door springs, cable wiring, hinges, etc. He replaced all work in about 3 hrs.
