As promised Joey showed up to my door on time. A very knowledgeable, polite and professional young tech who did resolve my issues during his visit. My wife and I will definitely have Joey back on some related project in a short future. Very happy with his performance today. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door to all folks out there. Thank you Joey and Doug. Tung

When our garage door refused to open, we had no idea what the problem was, and we had no way to get in and find out. That's when we called Precision. They sent out Tino Bugallo to help first thing this morning. His first task was to figure out what had happened. He asked a number of questions, probed the door frame with his tools, tried to jimmy the door open...and finally succeeded. The hatchback on our Subaru had opened in the night, pinning the door in place. It was a pleasure to have Tino on the job. He was polite, attentive, clearly knew what he was doing and he quickly did it.

I have used Precision for years -- and always able to give an honest 5-star review. Julian Villamor came -- and, as all others, was perfect! Cannot imagine what someone would/could complain about. Super on all counts. Thank you for being a terrific company!

The technician, Roberto Zuniga, came to put in a new battery in our old garage door opener. He was most efficient and helpful, in not only the installation, but also in explaining how the equipment we have, works. He was extremely courteous and we were delighted at how fast he completed what had to be done. He was very patient in answering all our questions.

Jesse at Precision was great! He made it all look so simple and the process was efficient and the work product was excellent! The cable of my garage door broke (both sides) and I thought I would need to replace the door, but Jesse did an amazing job fixing everything. Precision will be my go-to guys for all things garage door. Couldn't be happier.

I have to write this review since I got such great service. I called up for an appointment and they had appointments available right away as of the week I called (in today's day and age this is not super common). The person on the phone that I spoke to, Hilal, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and was nothing but great. The technician I had, Luke Stachura, could not have been better. Answered any and all questions (and I had a lot), and took care of everything I needed done with the utmost efficiency and professionalism (while it was about 97 degrees out as well). For reference, the services I got performed were a garage door hardware rebuild (new springs, pulleys, and vinyl rollers installed that were much quieter) as well as two new garage door openers installed for both garages. The service was definitely not cheap, but did not feel overpriced for the work being performed and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Hilal and Luke (and precision of course)!

Leonardo Rosado came over with Alex and they were friendly and professional. They new the exact problem and was able to fix it very quickly. They pointed out other issues that I might want to consider, but were not pushy about it which I appreciated.

We were extremely satisfied with the prompt service from Leo and Alex. They were both very professional, respectful and arrived at the time Leo said they would. After assessing our problems, he gave us clear and precise details as to what would need to be done. Our initial problem was fixed quickly and we made some additional steps to replace a damage garage door. Leo also fixed our outdoor remote and programmed my opener for my car. We wish all companies were as well organized as Precision.

Seems like a great installation job. I didn’t do any comparison shopping so I don’t know for sure but it seems the price was expensive.
