Awesome service. So easy to work with. Great work. We had been using a different company, but we called Precision after the other company failed to return phone calls. We received a reminder email the day before our appointment with Precision. The day of the appointment, we received an email and a call from the technician, Jesse, that he was on his way. I called Precision Garage door company because my local company had a long wait list due to the storm. Precision was able to schedule me right away. The technician, Jesse, was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, presented several options and explained the reasons for his recommendations. He then replaced/installed everything except the railings and door. I upgraded to a motor with a backup battery and QI technology. My door, with new springs, now opens manually with ease. The replacement of new rollers contribute to the quiet operation. Jesse replaced and programmed all remotes. He even programmed the one in my car. He was also very patient answering my questions and explaining how everything worked. Because of the professionalism, excellent quality and workmanship, I would definitely call on Precision Garage Door again for any repairs needed.
