The company had to reschedule the initial appointment, but the technician showed on time the next time, was courteous and knowledgeable. I could have given a "4" because of the reschedule, but they called me within the appointment window so I wasn't waiting all day. Everything else was top notch.

My first call was answered by a person, not a machine and a very professional employee came to repair my very old garage door. As I thought, it could not be repaired and he gave me a quote for a replacement. I accepted the quote and an order was placed. Shortly thereafter, I received a call back from another company I had called. (My call had been answered by a machine) Needless to say, he did not get our business. Every employee has been courteous, timely and professional. Thank you.

A call to Precision Door Service resulted in an emergency service call (at no extra charge) for the same day. The technician (Travis) was very knowledgeable and provided a thorough review of the condition of the door and the reasons for the fault. I agreed to upgrade the old spring/pulley system with a new torsion system. The job was done very well, at reasonable cost. I am very satisfied indeed with the company and intend using them in future.
