Justin replaced the springs on my garage door with the correct ones. He came within the time indicated, called me before coming and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me some excellent advice concerning the care of my garage door. The price was higher then I expected, but given the quality of the work, I feel that it was worth it.

Wow! From the time I spoke to someone on the phone to the job being completed, I am very happy with Precision. Travis was great. He came right on time, explained everything that needed to be done and why, completed the job with ease, and then explained how everything worked when the job was completed. My new opener is very quiet, and I love my new keypad. Travis also helped me program the opener in my car so I can just push a button and the door opens. It is nice to know if I have any problems, I can call for help. Thanks, Alice

Your technician was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The door did not reverse direction when a 1" piece of wood was used across the floor track as suggested in the manual. He indicated that even if the door did not pass this test it was not defective. (?) I had the opportunity to show him how to program the remote to control the lights (following the manual)He showed how to operate the door manually in case of power failure and to program the code on the outdoor control. All in all it was a good visit.

Excellent service. I had a AAA Club Deal for a garage door tune-up and to replace the rollers on my garage door. The service was easy to schedule, Travis, the service tech, called 10 minutes before he arrived, he was friendly and professional, he happily answered my questions, he completed the work quickly and he eliminated the ear-piercing squeals which had prompted my request for service. Called for service at 11:30 Am on a Friday and was told if I could be home between 1 and 5 pm the work could be done the technician called at 5 to pm and said he would be on site at 1 Pm . Arrived at pm and left by 2 pm after job completion...Thank you!

I got the company by searching the internet and reading other customers' reviews. Darren, the service rep, had a cancellation, so he was able to come earlier than scheduled. He assessed the broken garage door opener and said we would need to replace it, as fixing the shaft drive would be too expensive. He installed a new belt drive opener within about an hour. Everything worked fine, he swept out the garage, and was very professional. I have no complaints and would recommend Precision and Darren to my friends.
