I initially chose Precision because of their certified technicians, however, the technician, TRAVIS, far exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. He explained my situation and did not high pressure me into any decision. He installed a new wall button in my garage and explained in detail how to operate it and what each button represented. Once again he displayed his expertise and was done in a timely fashion. For future service, not only will I chose Precision for all that they stand for, but for the technician they dispatched to my premises. Thank you Precision and a special thank you to Travis.

Brian was very professional and personable. He gave options for us to choose from (repair vs new motor) and explained the benefits of both. Very reliable and bit pricey. $500 last visit It's initially $69.99 to just come to your home, then I had a code pad changed which was $89.95 then I had some refurbishing done on an old garage door to run smoother that was $86.00 then an additional garage door opener for the car is $50.00 so it all adds up. I have to say they are very sufficient and come when they're supposed too and do the work. They have everything on the truck and there quick. None of having to order parts and come back another time. not a lot of chatting and wasting time, which I like. Technician is respectful and knowledgeable.

Travis, the technician, did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and went above and beyond including making some additional minor repairs and cosmetic fixes that were very helpful.

The torsion spring on my door makes loud banging sounds when opening the door. The technician lifted the door half way and determined it was properly balanced and mentioned the noise was normal. That said, the noise on my second door is far less and several of my neighbors (who have torsion spring setups) don't have the noise issue. The technician sprayed oil on the rollers and torsion spring and did the best he could but still don't feel the issue was resolved.
