During the repair of the "broken" side, a problem was created on the good side. Rick spent a lot of time figuring out the issue and making everything perfect before he left. He was professional and explained the problems and different options. Would definitely recommend. A little pricey but hopefully worth it.

The service technician was very polite and seemed honest the way he represented himself as a company representative. He explained what to be done with my garage problem. He speaks with conviction ,giving advantages and disadvantages between the parts to be replaced and he wanted to be sure that I understood . He waited patiently for my decision . He is not the type of pushing /pressuring customer to buy the expensive parts or the one he likes. He deals with me professionally.

Great service from the initial phone call the serviceman completing the job. 24 hour turn-around service from the initial call to completion of job. Best service ever and even better technician. Travis worked tirelessly for 7 hours replacing two sets of springs and installed two new belt drive garage door openers on our antiquated heavy wood garage doors. Not an easy job. Thank you!

Darren called ahead and was right on time. He went over things with me and he made recommendations. My issue turned out to be less than originally thought, but he helped me resolve it and hopefully avoid any future issues as well. I was very satisfied with the entire Precision experience from the phone call I made, scheduling the appointment, to the delivery of the service and courtesy of all involved. Hi Doug, Rick explain everything to me, and he did great job. I notice on my bill it was one penny more than what I paid you. I was told $1,064.08, on email it shows $1,064.09. Only one star, because the work was done in a timely manner, but the door doesn't work! I left it open while I was painting, & at the end of the evening I tried to close it many times! I then called both the technician & the offices, which told me that I had an appt. for Wed. between 12 & 4. NO ONE CAME! What good is a warranty if you don't stand behind it????

Dear Cynthia, I discussed this call with my service manager in Westchester and we did come out on Wednesday June 5th as promised and realigned the safety eyes. It appeared they had been hit out of place perhaps by a garbage can that we saw next to the safety eye. We repaired and realigned the eye and did not charge you, even though we do not consider this a warranty issue. Going forward please ensure that you do not hit the eyes as they are very sensitive.

We had our garage door repaired (it needed extensive work, basically all replaceable parts were shot) and a new electronic door opener (the 3280) installed. The service was outstanding - friendly, quick, efficient, professional, stress-free, from the first phone call to the completion of the work on the same day. We could not be more pleased. Justin, our service technician, was wonderful: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. He too gets 5 stars! Bravo!

Darren was friendly, courteous, professional, on time and explained everything to us. The spring was broken and he suggested we also replace the rollers and cable as well as the spring and he was not a high pressure salesman and left the decision to us.
