The technicians that came to my home to service my garage door were very professional, patient, pleasant individuals. My garage door was in need of repair and they took the time to explain what was damaged and what they would recommend be done. We had many years of wear and tear on our garage door opener and all its moving parts. The door was in good shape, but nothing else. My husband and I were given the time to decide whether we wanted to replace all moving parts and the motor or just the moving parts. We felt the information given to us was based on knowledge and experience. We decided to replace the motor along with all the moving parts and we are very pleased with the outcome. The work was done professionally and in a fair amount of time. Everything was explained to me before the technicians left my home. We are very happy with the new garage door opener and hope to have it in working order for years to come.

I called out of the blue as a new customer on a Thursday morning at about 7:30 with a dead garage door and a trapped vehicle. The terrific young woman who answered (24/7) gave me a tech and a time right there and the tech (Travis) talked to me before, during and after the repair which was accomplished within 4 hours of the initial call. This organization is top notch and I'll be using them again to overhaul my other doors very soon. Totally impressive in all respects.

The Technician's. Travis & Vince were extremely professional, courteous, and importantly knowledgeable. Vince took me through the 10 point inspection, Travis Immediately saw the problem with the motor, my options for a new motor carefully explained, after installation door was carefully tested. Remotes reprogrammed, and the interior of the garage left spotless. My warranty was explained, follow up by service manager was done within an hour of installation. Perfect, dare I say precision service.

I want to let you know of the wonderful service provided this morning by Leonardo. Leo first provided service several months ago when one of my garage door units was not working properly. Although Leo was able to get the door operational again, it acted up again several weeks later and Leo returned to replace the unit. This morning he returned to repair a roller that I had accidentally bent out of alignment. All three service calls began with a phone call where Leo introduced himself, and let me know his anticipated arrival time. Leo is always courteous and a true professional. He takes the time to explain the problem and how he intends to remedy it. When the work is complete, Leo clearly articulates what has been done and why, and he patiently answers any question I pose! And he makes sure I have any manuals/instruction sheets in my possession before departing. In an era when top notch service seems to be a rare occurrence, I am happy to let you know of the outstanding service provided by Leonardo Rosado. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company.
