I called precision to repair a garage door. The service technician was Darren. He was fantastic! He fixed the problem right away and took measures to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Several people had tried before to fix the problem but failed. I would absolutely use this company again. Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you Darren for a job well done!

Five Stars for the excellent installation job by Reinaldo P. on 12-4-2014. Installer knew his craft well. Got the job of installing two standard eight foot garage doors and new openers for each. Merry Christmas!

Great experience with Precision. They came on a weekend which was very convenient, and did same day service replacing springs and a door opener. Prices are clearly higher than doing it yourself, but it was great to have a pro who knew what he was doing. Great service.

My first call was answered by a person, not a machine and a very professional employee came to repair my very old garage door. As I thought, it could not be repaired and he gave me a quote for a replacement. I accepted the quote and an order was placed. Shortly thereafter, I received a call back from another company I had called. (My call had been answered by a machine) Needless to say, he did not get our business. Every employee has been courteous, timely and professional. Thank you.

My repairman, Leo, was on time, courteous and efficient. He repaired the door quickly and explained other features about our doorlift which might need further maintenance. He also gave me a quote on a brand new door and door lift. I was quite satisfied.

Our garage door got stuck and would not close. We had hitherto used another company but they were not available when called. A call to Precision Door Service resulted in an emergency service call (at no extra charge) for the same day. The technician (Travis) was very knowledgeable and provided a thorough review of the condition of the door and the reasons for the fault. I agreed to upgrade the old spring/pulley system with a new torsion system. The job was done very well, at reasonable cost. I am very satisfied indeed with the company and intend using them in future.

It was very apparent that he is passionate about his job and customer satisfaction. He made sure we understood the problem, process for repair, and how to utilize our new equipment. He was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Who could ask for anything more!?! Thanks again Travis.

A "loud" snap as the garage door was closing led to a late afternoon call to Precision and an 8am service response by Rick and his team. He confirmed that the broken right side spring was the problem, and suggested that the left side might also be vulnerable and should also be replaced. I agreed, and also opt'ed for the "refurbish service". One hour later, the garage door was operational. Rick was the consummate professional, and I am happy with Precision and their team.

When one of my garage door springs broke I checked your web site reviews and found no complaints at all for technical services performed. When I called, a very pleasant lady took my call and scheduled service sooner than I expected. On the afternoon scheduled, Travis called in advance to say he would arrive around 4:00 pm and actually came a few minutes early! Travis was personable, professional, efficient and very responsive to my questions. The work of replacing both springs, including the installation of safety cables which had not existed, was accomplished for less than I had estimated, for the springs alone! I do not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone and feel they are, indeed, fortunate to have someone of Travis' ability and personality on their staff!

My new garage door is beautiful. It makes everything look better. I will need the other garage door replaced in the late Spring...as soon as all of the snow melts. I was very pleased by the service. My initial contact was with Travis who made everything seem simple. My technician for installation was Ray. Both young men were gentlemen and their knowledge was comforting...also the expert way Ray, in about 2 hours, took out and replaced my existing door...and took the debris away!!! Thanks for all of our help. See you in the Spring.
