Soner is young, motivated, hard working individual. He grew up and went to school in Astoria, Queens NY. Soner always enjoyed working with his hands and tools which is why being in the garage door business is a day to day pleasure rather than just another day going to work. He loves to travel, seeing different countries, cultures, and meeting new people of the world . On his free time, he enjoys working on his project car and is mainly into the old school muscle cars. He has a rescue dog who he shares common interests with. They both love the great outdoors and love to spend time on a boat just cruising and fishing the Long Island sound. Soner finds great pleasure and satisfaction helping others. He enjoys challenges and likes to think that there are no problems but ONLY solutions.

This is a very professionally run company. They really have their act together. From the time you make your appointment, the follow-up for arrival times, the courteous and skilled serviceman, ease of payment and all electronic receipts of work completed and your warranty. I had a garage serviceman for over 20 years and he retired...so very happy that I gave Precision Garage Door a call. My technician was Soner “Sonny” Erol and he was here to evaluate why the door was getting so noisy. He arrives with a truck full of parts and got right to work checking things over. Determined what the problem was and then explained how we could choose to repair the problem. Sonny was on time, friendly, and skilled at his craft. Need more people in the world like this who strive to do a top notch job, care about the quality of their work, and make the customer happy. The overall experience I had with Precision Garage Door of Westchester was A+++. From making the appointment, to the follow up e-mail confirming the details and information about the technician, Brian, who was terrific and let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time, the whole service was great. Brian patiently reviewed all the issues with the garage door, explained what he needed to do, gave me an estimate of the cost and time needed for the repair and then completed the job promptly. I was very impressed by the service received with Precision. From the very beginning on the phone, the lady took care of my call efficiently and then emailed reminders of my appointment to come. When the two technicians came, Lio and Soner, they were extremely polite, professional and patient with me. They not only solved my problem but identified potential ones and emailed me immediately the two possible solutions with quotes for each situation. My cleaning lady who was working with me that day, told me when they left that she was impressed as well by their work and asked for the information. I kept their card on my garage panel for easy access so she took a photo! She knows people in construction who might be interested in this quality of work and professionalism. She is herself of a very high standard in her work so for her to show an interest in this company is a bonus and another excellent sign. I will definitively continue to work with Precision and will recommend whenever I have the chance!
