Precision Door installed my garage door six years ago and there has never been a problem. The garage door is used as our main entrance so its used very frequently. A spring had sprung so I called Precision - very fast response, the repairman called before he came, explained everything in detail, gave options, did a tune up of the door and was great. It didn't take long, nothing was left for me to clean up. I could not ask for a better result! Very pleased.

We had used Precision a while ago to repair our garage door and were very pleased with their service. This morning, when I thought my garage door didn't sound quite right, I immediately called Precision and was able to get a same day appointment at a time convenient to my schedule. The technician, Michael, called when he was on the way, arrived promptly, was very courteous and most, importantly, very competent. I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. Richard taught me something I did not know how the garage is set to hit the ground the other guys who installed it did not make certain how deep it hit the ground and Richard fixed it because the screws going into the wall started coming out and I noticed it that's why I called and he mounted it again and know when it hits the ground it doesn't even come out of the wall it stays perfect into the wall mount. No bigee but fixed. Thanks

One of our two garage door openers quit. On Saturday, I called a local company that I had used in the past and never received the courtesy of a return call. Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied. I went on your website today, Sunday, and saw "Let's Chat." Someone responded immediately and, as a result, an appointment was made for a service call a few hours later. Michael was at our home at the appointment time. After seeing the situation and giving us an estimate for the work, which I thought was more than fair, he replaced our two openers and installed new rollers . . . all about 4 hours after the "Chat" on a Sunday morning. I am impressed. It was clear that Michael enjoys his work and completed it in a very professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the competency of your technician, Michael. It was also clear that he was concerned with safety during every step of the installation. Michael, thank you again.
