Many firms tout their focus on customer service and most do not come close to meeting their claims. I am happy to say that Precision Garage Door Service is one of those rare exceptions; they more then matched their claims as well as exceeding my expectations. In this case repairing one malfunctioning garage door system and installing a new opener for the second system. Prior service companies were unable to resolve the problem issues. Francisco T, the service technician was courteous, on-time and experienced. He reviewed the problems, discussed various options and then professionally completed the work. It was very easy to make an appointment and an e mail came quickly to let me know which technician would arrive for the appointment. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options about how to proceed to correct the problem. I chose to purchase a new opener and Travis was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous during the installation. Vince called prior to arriving. When he arrived, he was ready to take care of business. I showed him what the problem may be. He repaired my door and checked to make sure it was to my liking. He was tentative to my needs and then some!!!!

Ricardo was prompt, and quickly deciphered that the problem with the door was one of two things. He had the part on his truck to swap out one of the two suspects, and sure enough, that was it! He then proceeded to inspect the rest of the door components. He tightened the chain and lubed the track. He gave me good advice to have an electrician swap the standard outlet for a GFI outlet. He said my board likely blew due to a lightning strike while I was away. I am thrilled to have a functioning garage door back! Thank you Ricardo, thank you Precision!

Rick, our technician, was quite knowledgeable, explained what he planned to do in detail, and greatly improved the performance of our garage doors. Although it cost a little more than expected it was well worth. Rick also went out of his way to program the remote in one of our cars so that we can both use the remote. That was great.

Was very pleased with Precision. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with from the call to the office to the technician - Richard Jones. We were unable to get into our garage open due to a broken cable. Unfortunately we had to break a window to get in for the repair We decided to go with the door rebuild package since our door was 20 years old but in good condition. Very happy with Precision and would recommend their service.

Francisco Taveras was very nice, soft spoken and knowledgeable. Our garage door was frozen in the closed position with no other access door to the garage. He was very patient during a prolonged process trying to wedge different tools into the edge of the door and force it back on track. I was afraid he would need to cut a large hole in the door in order to get in the garage. His calm demeanor paid off and he eventually got the door open without cutting a hole in the door. He later told me it was one of his toughest jobs. He replaced all the rollers and did some reinforcement to our old wooden door. It's working fine now. Thank you Francisco.
