One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. I was moving to another state and my house was about to go on the market. frazzled is an understatement!!!! The garage door had been broken since one of the winter storms. What to do? I read about how great Precision was and called. They were unbelievably good and honest. Could have taken me to the cleaners but the charge was minimal. Clearly a 5 star rating!!!
