I initially chose Precision because of their certified technicians, however, the technician, TRAVIS, far exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. He explained my situation and did not high pressure me into any decision. He installed a new wall button in my garage and explained in detail how to operate it and what each button represented.
