Wow! From the time I spoke to someone on the phone to the job being completed, I am very happy with Precision. Travis was great. He came right on time, explained everything that needed to be done and why, completed the job with ease, and then explained how everything worked when the job was completed. My new opener is very quiet, and I love my new keypad. Travis also helped me program the opener in my car so I can just push a button and the door opens. Excellent service. I had a AAA Club Deal for a garage door tune-up and to replace the rollers on my garage door. The service was easy to schedule, Travis, the service tech, called 10 minutes before he arrived, he was friendly and professional, he happily answered my questions, he completed the work quickly and he eliminated the ear-piercing squeals which had prompted my request for service. I got the company by searching the internet and reading other customers' reviews. Darren, the service rep, had a cancellation, so he was able to come earlier than scheduled. He assessed the broken garage door opener and said we would need to replace it, as fixing the shaft drive would be too expensive. He installed a new belt drive opener within about an hour. Everything worked fine, he swept out the garage, and was very professional. I have no complaints and would recommend Precision and Darren to my friends.
