Tito explained everything to me that needed to be repaired in a concise and comprehensive manner. He laid out my payment options, explained your company policies on warranty for the parts as well as a new motor. Anyway, he fixed the door in a couple of hours. The guy is a pro and represents your company very well. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks.
