I purchased two 8550W systems just about 2 years ago and that was an excellent install. Now suddenly one of my doors stops working. Call to Prescision gets a quick appt. Jacob, the Technician calls ahead and arrives on time. He is totally professional, thorough, knowledgeable and explains everything to me in an easy to comprehend manner. After his diagnostics, he informed me it would be a warranty repair. After the repair he then does a complete inspection. Clean, quick and super-polite... what more can you ask from a company that stands 100% behind their products. You may pay less elsewhere in the short-term but Precision is worth every penny in the long-term

We called Precision for information on either fixing our doors or replacing the doors and opener. The technician, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous in his recommendations. We were frankly amazed that he was willing to do the replacement work on the spot. In less than four hours we had a very fair price for all new hardware and motors, keeping our doors that are in good shape. We highly recommend Precision Doors.

The service from Precision was beyond my expectations! My door wouldn't close and the parts were a mangled mess. Brian B. got here quickly (even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on the way!) and showed me exactly what was wrong. Missing one part (an extra-long tortion tube) he came back on his day off the next morning and did a VERY professional job of re-installing the hardware. Couldn't be more pleased - Thank you!

After I narrowed down my choices he sent me photos of previous jobs with the doors I was inetrested in which gave me a clearer idea of the look I wanted to achieve. Rick and Jason installed the doors in a timely and professional manner. They patiently explained the features of my new QUIET door openers. I am very happy with the service provided by Precision Door. They are a very professional, courteous, and proficient outfit. I had 3 technicians come to my house over the course of several months to perform various tasks in my garage. These tasks included replacement of the garage door springs/rollers, repair of the garage door opener mechanism, and finally installation of a new garage door opener. I was very satisfied with the service provided by all 3 technicians. I am especially satisfied with my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is amazingly quiet and precise, exceeding all my expectations! I love the way it slows down as you approach either end of travel, gently touching the floor before it closes. No more shakes, rattles, and bangs! It is truly amazing!

Your technician was very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised when he kindly let me know that my springs were fine, and didn't require any maintenance or adjusting. He explained how the door should balance, and assured me that the original installation (by another company) was by code and correctly done.
