Hilal lives in Kinnelon, NJ with her husband and their daughter. She is a Rutgers University graduate, and has almost 10 years of customer service experience with her prior jobs. Hilal enjoys being able to talk to customers and help them resolve their issues. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family taking trips and making memories.
