He has been involved in the garage door industry his whole life and has been a technician for 20 years. While he is not at Precision, Kyle attends Westchester Community College, where he is studying to receive his accounting degree. In his free time, he loves outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, and taking trips to the beach.

Today, the cable that attaches the spring to the bottom bracket to the garage door snapped. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to send a technician, Kyle, who came after his last service call of the day. He showed me that the rust on the bottom bracket had rusted the cable where it used to attach, causing it to snap. He replaced both bottom brackets and cables and showed us what to do to maintain the moving parts by spraying with a Silicone spray every 3 months. This was not the first time we used Precision. They are professionals and they also explain what needs to be done and why, before beginning any repairs. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with my gargage door sensor which did not allow me to close the door. Kyle was my service person that came and he knew exactly what to look for first. It turned out the wires needed splicing. I had someone else come to my home yesterday and never looked at the wires. All he said was the system was old and I would need new wiring connected or a new system. I knew he was an amateur and he quoted me two ridiculous high prices. This company is very professional and everyone I spoke to is kind, caring and comforting. I loved Kyle and his years of experience come through. I will highly recommend this company and of course Kyle.

You exceeded our expectations. From the time I made an online appointment to the completion of the job, communication was excellent from everyone in administration to the technician. Kyle Kearny emailed us a summary of his background and called on the day we expected him to indicate he could be here earlier than our appointment. He came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 45 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. I called Precision to let the office know how delighted I am with their service as well as Kyle's performance. This comes after my waiting all day for a technician from Sears, who never showed up and never called until noon two days after an appointment.

My door went kaput at 7 pm last evening. I went to the web, saw the company had ability to respond 24/7. I called at 7:30 P.M. and booked an appointment for the next day! I was scheduled for noon to 4 but they called in the morning to see if they could arrive at 9:15 a.m. 30 minutes before he arrived I received a picture of the rep and his bio for better security. The service rep Kyle was awesome. He explained all the service options, for every part and the costs. He did not push any product but explained every pro and con of each item and allowed me to selected the best combinations for my needs and budget. He finished in 3 hours, and then helped set up the automatic wifi system on my iphone and my wife's. It could not have worked out better. Highly recommend their service.
