He comes from a large, loving family, being the youngest of nine siblings and an uncle to twenty-two nieces and nephews. His hobbies include reading, exercising, volunteering his time, hiking and spending time with his family and friends. Brian and the Precision team did an excellent job. They kept me appraised of their arrival time which was in the promised window. Once he arrived he clearly explained what he was doing at each phase of the work. This was repair to a door they had installed just over 5 years ago. They confirmed that the spring that broken were still covered by their warranty and replaced both the broken spring and the other one as is their standard. He also recommended some maintenance which, due to the high traffic of our garage, I opted for. He was quick, professional and very courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.
