He comes from a large, loving family, being the youngest of nine siblings and an uncle to twenty-two nieces and nephews. Our door stopped functioning completely and we noticed around 9pm so I called Precision's 24/7 line and they had someone come out the next morning! Brian was wonderful, he replaced our 30 year old motors and got us hooked up with fancy new red ones! He was in and out super efficiently and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience was quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Any future maintenance or upgrades we will definitely choose Precision again.

The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). All in all an excellent experience.

Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.

Brian and the Precision team did an excellent job. They kept me appraised of their arrival time which was in the promised window. Once he arrived he clearly explained what he was doing at each phase of the work. This was repair to a door they had installed just over 5 years ago. They confirmed that the spring that broken were still covered by their warranty and replaced both the broken spring and the other one as is their standard. He also recommended some maintenance which, due to the high traffic of our garage, I opted for. He was quick, professional and very courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.
