We were having some issues with our garage door. We set up an appointment to have a tech come to look at it. Mike arrived on time. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem immediately and solved it .We are very happy with Mike and with Precision Gargage Door! If we could, we would give Precision AND Mike a 10 star rating!

The technician Mike Kelleher arrived on the early end of the window and called before to let me know when he'd be here. When he arrived he thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my keypad and inspected the system. He replaced the keypad and tuned the mechanism up. He was pleasant and professional in every way. Great guy (Mike K): valuable advises and consulting, showing all possible options to get the garage door up and running again, very transparent, result of the work certainly "sounds" great (not that noisy anymore when he garage opens), let's hope it is sustainable, but it looks like. He had to exchange a lot of the hardware.
