We've used Precision before and were happy with the service provided and quality of the work. Today, Mike arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options - we chose one & Mike proceeded with the repairs. Mike explained the revision, demonstrated the new controls, and answered questions. Mike Kelleher did maintenance on the door and replaced the motor and keypads. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He also set up my car to open the door.
