I am very happy with the service provided by Precision Door. They are a very professional, courteous, and proficient outfit. I had 3 technicians come to my house over the course of several months to perform various tasks in my garage. These tasks included replacement of the garage door springs/rollers, repair of the garage door opener mechanism, and finally installation of a new garage door opener. I was very satisfied with the service provided by all 3 technicians. I am especially satisfied with my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is amazingly quiet and precise, exceeding all my expectations! I love the way it slows down as you approach either end of travel, gently touching the floor before it closes. No more shakes, rattles, and bangs! It is truly amazing!

Francisco deserves a 5 star rating. He was very professional. Very good in his communication. He was quickly able to determine the problem. He was also very thorough. Not only did he fix the issue with the door not closing (the reason for my call) but also noticed the door was not sealing properly when closed and made some adjustments/recommendations there. If I need service again, I would ask for Francisco to be the service person.

Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable.
