The first time we used your services (Oct. 2011), I was very impressed with your office personnel and mostly your technician Darren. The repair the first time went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations as far as time and the knowledge of the product. My next service was today 4/16/12 and once again we had Darren who with out a doubt did his job flawlessly. I have given the Precision name to many other people as the company to deal with.
