With a lifelong history of working various jobs, Mike discovered his true passion lies in helping others. An avid sports fan, he cheers for the Yankees, Knicks, and Giants. In his spare time, Mike enjoys watching sports, hitting the gym, golfing, and playing video games.

Mike K was terrific! He kept me informed throughout the process, including calling me to let me know when he’d arrive at my house. Showed me what he would be looking at and how he’d diagnose the issue. He explained everything he found which suggested I would need a new unit sooner rather than later. He showed me options and never pressured me. Finally, he took the time to set up the app so I could open and close the door with my phone. Precision made it very easy to set up the appointment. Was a great experience. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Precision. They were quick to make a appointment and handled the repair the same day. I had a broke tension spring which they replaced within an hour or so. Great guy (Mike K): valuable advises and consulting, showing all possible options to get the garage door up and running again, very transparent, result of the work certainly "sounds" great (not that noisy anymore when he garage opens), let's hope it is sustainable, but it looks like.
