Exceeded expectations! Josh was hours early, and called to confirm it was ok to arrive early. Walked us through our options patiently and thoroughly. Did not over sell us. Helped us choose a new model opener fit for our needs. Worked quickly and cleanly and walked us through the setup and use of our new opener upon completion. Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience. We've used Precision before and were happy with the service provided and quality of the work. Today, Mike arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options - we chose one & Mike proceeded with the repairs. Mike explained the revision, demonstrated the new controls, and answered questions.
