Nico called and told me when he would be here. He came promptly and looked at my 2 garage doors and accompanying parts and diagnosed what he thought were the problems. He gave me a preliminary quote and fixed everything without any additional parts and looked over the whole system. His service was fantastic and I would call them immediately if I have any problems in the future. A true 5 star rating.

The technician Mike Kelleher arrived on the early end of the window and called before to let me know when he'd be here. When he arrived he thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my keypad and inspected the system. He replaced the keypad and tuned the mechanism up. He was pleasant and professional in every way. A+ service.

It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. I was quickly given an appointment and choice of times as well as directions to open it manually. It’s clear that Precission values your time because I received a call from Brian Birchler, my service supervisor, letting me know where he was at that point in his jobs and when he would arrive. This bright young man was exceptional in every way! He assessed, explained and gave options for the repair. Once I chose, I was given a timeframe and courteous updates as work progressed. Kudos to Precission for attracting such talented employees and to Brian for 5 star plus work!
