My husband and I purchased a Precision Garage Door many years ago when we first purchased our home. Alek Berk was the service technician that arrived at our home. Wow! How lucky we were to have him assigned to our service call! Alek was professional, prompt, friendly, engaging and a wonderful young man. Alek quickly diagnosed our problem as a broken spring and immediately went to work to repair it. Alek provided outstanding customer service. Julian was fantastic! Our garage door was damaged due to the storm. Julian was so professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He repaired it in such a pleasant manor & very kind early Sunday morning. Also, we weren't expecting him until Tuesday & service was provided Sunday. We couldn't be happier & more grateful to Julian and Precision Door.

I first chose Precision because of their reputation and veteran discount. Carlos came to fix a serious safety issue with my garage door that led to me calling them. Carlos explained, and clearly demonstrated why there were other safety and other operational issues that I was unaware of and what could be done to address them. He was thorough in what could be done in a cost efficient means and rocked the repairs! He also made sure I was happy with the repairs and addressed my concerns to my utmost satisfaction. I had the entire garage door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, etc.) replaced and it is much quieter than before. Kudos to Carlos and Precision!

I am impressed with the quality of work done by your technician Leo Rosado. He walked into a garage that was neglected for a long time. Both doors on my two car garage had snapped springs and lacked any safety cables. Leo took the time to explain what he was doing and also why it was important to do what he was doing. He kept a safe work environment and cleaned up before he left. He left me with contact information and have me a summary of what was done. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their service.

The service was excellent starting from making the appointment. I was given a weekend appointment which is what I requested. I asked for a phone call and received on 20 minutes before the service person arrived. He was professional and friendly. He made recommendations within my budget and gave me confidence that he could repair my door, which was not closing all the way. He replace rollers and had it functioning so much better than it was. It is quieter and sturdier than it was. I will recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.
