Contacted Precision after doing a Google search because my garage door would not close all the way. Setting up the appointment was very easy. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call from the technician Jeff who stated he would arrive at about 2:30 my appointment slot was between 2-4. Jeff showed up introduced himself and I showed him the issue with the door. He was very friendly and professional and assured me that he would figure out what the problem was and that he would have it fixed for me. He completely inspected the door and all the components also took pictures and said he would email me some quotes with some suggestions if I wanted to have additional work done. Jeff began working on my door adjusting different parts, adjusting the motor, until finally my door operated perfectly. He then lubricated everything and had me test the door a few times. Jeff was very knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and determined when it came to his work. He cleaned up and made sure all my questions were answered and my problems addressed. I must say it was a pleasure having him as my technician to fix my door. A true professional. As a whole Precision is a great company to contact if you need anything as far as garage door problems or issues. I highly recommend giving them a call because you will be totally satisfied with their service. To Jeff thank you so much for all your hard work yesterday. I hope your supervisor reads this and rewards you appropriately.
