Hello, my name is Jesse. I am a family man at heart. I have a beautiful baby boy whom I enjoy spending my time off with and visiting my mom, as much as I can. I originally grew up in Rockland County, New York, but now reside in Orange County, New York. Some of my other interests are eating healthy, working out ( love to run) and cooking. In the warmer months, I also always enjoy having my own garden to tend to. I love the company I work for and everyone I interact with. Additionally, I am a perfectionist, so I never want to leave a customer dissatisfied.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.

The response from Precision doors was great! The were able to dispatch a repair technician with a day of me reporting the door failure. Jesse was great, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. After diagnosing the cause of the broken door and best method for fixing it, he also proceeded to change out the light bulbs, lubricate the rollers and track (which made a huge difference), and even help me program the door opener key pads. Thanks to him I had to provide 5 stars. There was one aspect that left me unhappy. He reinforced both doors with a Gosh Bracket to avoid future failures. Those brackets cost $85 each. I paid $170 for both doors. Lowes sells the same bracket for $15.98. Why such an extreme mark up on the material price???

The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

We had a great experience with your company! It was easy to make an appointment on line, and when I called with a question, a very helpful young lady gave me all the information I needed. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even received a phone call letting me know that our technician would be there soon. Jesse called about 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and gave us several options for repairs of our problem. Jesse was very friendly, courteous and professional and went to work quickly. When he completed the job he made sure it was to our satisfaction. From now on when we need any work done on our garage doors, we will call Precision and ask for Jesse.

I was very skeptical of calling a company for a repair of any kind without knowing exactly what was wrong. I chose precision due to location and vicinity of my home. From the time I scheduled the appointment up until the job completion, it has been better than five star service. I have no words to express how professional and knowledgeable Jessie is. From the moment he arrived, he was nothing less than professional And welcomed all my questions. Had I had been given a company as a reference by anyone, the experience couldn’t have been any better. Repair was fast, efficient, and the result was beyond impressive. Being in the medical field, the fact that they respect Covid and respect everyone by keeping safety a priority, was beyond what I could’ve ever expected. Jessie was so impressive with how professional and knowledgeable he is In addition to the fact safety was always maintained and he remained masked with a very protective mask throughout the visit. I am so sorry I can only give five stars. Pricing is more than fair and the fact that they come on weekends and is no extra cost is on his also another five star feature. Don’t go anywhere else. This is going to be my go to for all garage door needs And it should be yours too.
