Had a garage door spring snap on us during a bitterly cold period during a holiday weekend. I called in the morning and was delighted that we were able to get a technician out the same day. Our technician Julian arrived during the early part of our time window, and was friendly and professional. He clearly laid out our options and explained the work that was to be completed. All in all, I couldn't be happier. Perhaps things were a touch pricey, but you get what you pay for -- and in this case, high quality and service.

Precision Door came to my home to fix my garage door and I can’t tell you how wonderful they are. It all started from the moment I called their headquarters/Customer Service, Jennifer picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me the next available appt and was so pleasant on the phone. The morning of my service, I received an email and a text message with a full profile and picture of the person that would be arriving at my home along with a link to a GPS to track your the “profiled” person. When the time came, in walked my “profiled” person, and his name was Soner. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an estimated bill for the fix (with options) on the spot within mins. He estimated it would be about two hours. NOPE- even BETTER, it was about 1 hour. My garage door was fixed and purred like a kitchen. THANK YOU Precision Door of Westchester and most importantly, Soner for fixing my garage door so fast on a freezing cold day. I highly recommend Soner and Precision Door!!!

Soner (Sonny) did a great job explaining the issues with my door - why it was "shimmying" and getting stuck on occasion. He quickly replaced the rollers and pullies that were old and had shot bearings. Now rolls perfectly and much more quietly with the new parts now available. If you need some help give them a call.

We were very pleased with the repair done by Leonardo, from Precision. A cable had snapped, making the door inoperable with the car stuck in the garage. This happened in the evening. Precision was here by noon the next day. A thorough inspection was done and options for repair were provided. Cables, springs, rollers and pulleys were replaced. All required parts were on the truck and the repair was done immediately. We are very pleased with the service provided. We highly recommend this company.
