I had an excellent experience with Precision Door. I was given a four hour window for someone to come. Leonardo called me to let me know what time he would be here and then called me when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was kind and courteous and the utmost professional. I truly felt like I was in good hands. He gave me several options of what would work for me. It is very rare these days when you feel like someone is being honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. I decided to replace the garage door opener, he had one on the truck & did it right on the spot. Carlos, the technician arrived in time, analyzed the situation and gave us a quote to fix the door. Alex and Carl were amazing - I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone experiencing any garage door issues. I wanted a quote & they were quick to provide an entire inspection of everything, not just the quote I was seeking.
